Madison Avenue Securities to Use FundQuest Platform

Madison Avenue Securities (MAS) and Madison Avenue Advisors (MAA), an independent broker/dealer and investment advisory firm with over 100 representatives nationwide, have agreed to use FundQuests financial advisory platform, the firms reported.
MAS was founded in 2005 by San Diego-based Asset Marketing Systems Insurance Services LLC, an insurance product distributor specializing in index annuities, life insurance and long-term care insurance.
Boston-based FundQuest, a $64 billion registered investment advisor owned by BNP Paribas, provides web-based tools for client profiling, proposal generation, and consolidated client performance reporting to more than 110 advisory firms.
Suzanne Bond, MAS vice president and chief compliance officer, said The platform enables us to expand the breadth, depth, and sophistication of our advisory tools and investment offerings. Our new platform also has direct connectivity to Pershing, our preferred custody and clearing firm.
Don Doherty, FundQuests director of national accounts, said, Madison Avenue Advisors will use FundQuests platform to provide comprehensive fee-based open architecture investment services. Advisors can use FundQuests model portfolios for mutual fund, separately managed account, and universal managed account portfolios, including managed income portfolios.
FundQuests Wealth Architect platform gives advisors access to Russell Managed Model Strategies and LifePoints Funds. FundQuests ActivePassive Portfolios provide optimal blends of actively managed investment strategies with passively managed investments like ETFs or index mutual funds.
